Im all for bringing Mahrez in if we had a full contingent of outfield players who can fit the bill thats required, do
nt get me wrong I rate Mahrez but all this talk of coversions to strikers ect is a thing that takes time and theres little garuntee that it will work and while we are finding out if it works or
not we are again loosing

through a deficit of goals and real goal scorers.

got through those play - off
games even though it was sometimes a close call, but for the first time in two decades the Gunners will
not be involved with the elite of Europe and Arsene Wenger has admitted that this is
not good, in a report by The Mirror, but he also played it down a little bit by claiming that the English Premier League and the title race is now more important and more of interest to fans than the UCL and maybe the fact that Arsenal have
not looked remotely like winning it since we lost to Barcelona in the final makes that true.

All of those seven named are still Arsenal players, but there were only two named in Roy Hodgson's squad this week; Theo Walcott who (as usual)
got injured in training and will
not face Germany (even if Hodgson would have actually taken him off the bench), and Danny Welbeck, who has played in only a handful of
games since returning from a year out
through injury.
The Williams thumbnail: Kicked off UConn's team in 2013 for stealing a teammate's credit card and using it... enrolled in a tiny Brooklyn college trying to
get his football career back... enrolled at Utah in 2015... Quit Utah's team in September 2016, telling head coach Kyle Whittingham he couldn't deal with the mental pressure he was going
through... Returned to the team at the coaches» request a month later when three backs
got injured... After a month away from any physical activity, he ran for 179 yards against Oregon State, and then, in his second
game, he set the Rose Bowl stadium record for a college running back, rushing for 332 yards and four touchdowns in a Utah win over UCLA.
After seeing a couple of
games where he featured and also the one for england he's
got it all for me... 1) He has the physical ability to offer the kind of
game that our Giroud offers (back to the net: deflecting, relaying passes and 1 - 2 touches) but also 2) Pace, mobility and technical agility to offer so much more: dribbling past opponents (creating space), running / turning over defences either to lay down the killing pass to a better placed player or finishing a
through ball from our over talented midfield and all that with speed and 3) Tactical awareness, willingness to defend players if asked (like the
game Man U-Real Madrid in the CL) and could provide support
not only in the air on corners!!
Aside from Joe Johnson, who has led or co-led Brooklyn in scoring
through three
games, the Nets haven't
gotten consistency out of their players offensively.
the reality is they won because they had a
game plan (counter away and sit back at home and they executed it correctly classic European tactic never fails) for away from home and we didn't take them seriously enough at home, and they defended for there lives at home and we couldn't find the decisive goal to finish them off this is very typical c / l trend nowadays how many of the modern teams like athletico madird and the like
get through with a
game plan and hard graft at the back.
They were in this
game to the end They had enough good chances, they could have won this
game By any measure, they are playing against a team with more talent When you rarely make the playoffs for several years, you
get better draft picks, and those draft picks have come
through for the Jets We are
not finished, but our chances of winning this series are slim, but
not none We give it our best Friday in the Peg, I hope it is enough
We also have Premier League away
games at Tottenham and Liverpool,
not to mention the Champions League double header with Bayern Munich and hopefully a few more FA cup matches to
get through.
We've been
through a bit of a rough stage where we haven't been winning
games, so the main thing was to
get the three points.
We probably will
get through but
not holding any hope of a comfortable victory tomorrow we'll probably need the home
game next week to wrap things up, we just aren't clinical up front and we don't have a defence we look like conceding from every attack..
We dominated Sp ** s at The Emirates earlier this season and with better finishing and composure in the second half we could easily have doubled that score. The team were focused and kept a good shape all
through the
game.We should
not need motivating for a
game as big as this. The fact it's a NLD is important enough but 3 points will put us in with a chance of
getting back into the mix for a top 4 finish.Anything less and we will struggle.
don't even think of a possibility that something might happen to Sanchez, he should
get through with international duty and be rested for our next two matches please... We can win those
games without him.
We scored early
through Mustafi and it looked like we were going to run away with the
game, but yet again our mental block came into play and we couldn't

«I don't think Mourinho will even have to be on top of his
game to
get through.
I rate both Chambers and Monreal higher than Mert as CB, so it is fine... Ramsey wasn't up to the level this year, so
not a big miss... Ospina Flamini (actually I don't to see him again but this is only to rest Bellerin for the upcoming
games) Chambers Monreal Gibbs Elneny Reine - Adelaide Walcott Iwobi Campbel Giroud This team should be enough to
get us
through... Save the rest for the EPL, that's what matter to me...
and
got rid of it's best weapon, with a young QB who hasn't shown he can beat teams
through the air, especially without Dez, most of Dak's best passing
games Dez has scored, gone for solid yardage, or both...
So we will all simply have to hope that Danny Welbeck doesn't suffer yet another setback in his recovery, and that sick - note Walcott can
get through the most of the year unscathed, or Olivier Giroud will be playing a LOT of
games in the next 7 months!
Arsenal were bad but
not as bad as Hull and wolcott was useless throughout the match yes he scored 2 beautiful goals and i am happy for him but beside his goals he was awful his corner kick were very bad most of his passes didn't come
through he is a senior player i respect him for that but if he cant take corner kicks why take them I am glad he scored and I hope he will gain confidence and do better cause he is a senior player and an Arsenal player and will always support him but he
got to do better for his own sake and ours I was very nervous trough the
game as we were losing players throughout the
game but well done Iwobi campbel and the big daddy12 and wollcott for the win and well done Arsenal for keeping it clean Its a big win for sure and very happy with it we need this fighting spirit and goals to continue on to the end come on you Arsenal
Except the
game may have taken a different turn had we
not got the break
through.
The only way he can
get into «Rambo mode» is
through game time and we can't afford to take it slowly at this stage of the season so we let him play every
game.
Central Cal Alliance put some heavy pressure on but could
not keep Mireya Magana from
getting the
game winning goal as she weaved
through the midfield and blasted a shot over ACC goal keeper in the second half.
Great going forward but defensively we were fragile AGAIN.Mustafi - what on God's earth was he thinking about with that clearance that resulted in the free kick for their goal?He is proving himself a liability and Kos wasn't exactly dominant either. That
game could have ended 12 - 5 or something ridiculous like that.Still we have enough to
get through and we would have taken that score line before the
game.Ozil was majestic out there last night and Ramsey did what he does best. But Wilshere was very poor and you wonder now if the writing is on the wall for him.He continually lost the ball and offered nothing going forward.
ElNeny had a good
game but I think he still passed back a bit much which allowed for them to press higher up, he didn't end up being a brick wall stopping players from
getting through but hassling while others done the real defending.
Coq showed how essential he was in the
game, and with him skating perilously close to missing
games through suspension or injury early on in the season, playing without a proven DM is a risk we don't need to take as we have more than enough budget to
get one.
People really need to think and remember why Managers
not Wenger but Managers in general stick Central players on the flanks, Its for their development to learn how to track back and cover the flanks Everyone must be stupid to think Wenger does
nt know Ozils strength is
through the middle but Hes a manager and he knows his weakness was being on the flank and
not contributing to defsensive duties Anchelotti noticed that and thats when Ozil
got punished being subbed off for
not putting in enough effort
getting comfortable playing
through the middle without tracking back, Wenger noticed this including Joachim Lowe so they played him on the wings to learn how to track and defender instead of giving the candy to the baby and letting him
get what he wants
through the middle hes learned the ard way the same way Wilshere had todo
getting pushed over to the left when we all knew Wilsheres
game is
through the middle Even Santi has had to play on the left and look at his improvement defensively now he tracks back and puts in a shift in defense because he knows since leaving Monreal or gibbs for dead when he was played on the left, You guys need to Study football more and how World Class managers Develop the Squad and Individuals with there weaknesses and lazyness.
We don't need to be in «the same boat» with our defence though it clearly needs some depth, we conceded lots of goals in them big
games and we are banking on
getting no injuries
through the season to Kos and Per, we need to strengthen in that area!!
In today's
game you can't be sentimental on a weak player just be honest as the best thing for Gibbs will be to move and
get game time like Jenkinson who
gets better
through play time, although Gibbs is
not strong in tackles as timid for
getting hurt CB
