Also, by adding the extras (onions and jalapenos) you won't miss a little
less cheese... so it's all good!
If you can't find manchego, substitute with parmesan
cheese, but use
less, about 1 cup should be fine.
The first time I made a cream
cheese frosting that was too sweet but it works well with
not too sweet compote of cherries or strawberries and whipped cream, or a
less sweet frosting.
Be sure you're using the «brick» style of Philadelphia ORIGINAL cream
cheese;
not the 1/3
less fat neufcatchel or fat free, nor the tub / whipped style — all of those have carbs, but the original brick does

The vegan
cheese is an odd one — it doesn't truly melt, so becomes just as much a part of the toppings as the other ingredients, so I would say that a little
less of it would probably work better, rather than the cubes part - melted, but the flavour was good, and it's so nice to have the option.
The
cheese and / or milk may curdle (high / long heat tends to do that to dairy products) which will look a little odd and
not be a bit
less creamy as a result.
Next time I'll use half
n half with a little
less cheese and add chives instead of green onions or maybe even toss in some steamed broccoli.
You don't have to make them exactly as I did, you can add anything you like, exchange the black beans with pinto, add more or
less cheese.
Now I can make or order a vegan pizza with Daiya and honestly I don't enjoy it any
less than I used to when it had real
cheese.
They had processed high - sugar breakfast cereals (heaven forbid they should actually cook some oatmeal), gallons of fresh milk (because powdered is «icky» and they won't eat it),
cheese (that was a luxury we couldn't afford), frozen convenience foods, juice (which is much
less healthy than fruit and expensive relative to nutrients), and soda, candy, donuts, cookies, cracker, ice cream and other treats we couldn't possibly afford.
While the notion that French women never gain weight isn't entirely true, one of the reasons they are

What to eat instead: One stick of string

There are organic,
less processed
cheeses available that do
not contribute aluminum to the diet.
If you haven't tried mascarpone, it's essentially the Italian cousin to cream
cheese, with
less tang.
I'm
not giving this up for any reason — if I want to lose weight I just cut back on other stuff that I am willing to cut back on — a little
less whey protein and other fats — non fat sour cream really isn't all that bad or low fat cream

drink water, light lemonade, or the fuse unsweeted tea, the green tea is loaded with sugar and fake «antioxidents», do

cheese, and go light on the sauce, the baked bags of chips have 1/3
less chips in them than the normal bag of classic lays, go figure

«Blue Zones» by Dan Buettner is
less scientific but really interesting because it focused on what different populations who live the longest around the world eat (I'll give you a hint, there wasn't a ton of meat,
cheese or milk in those diets!).
