What you won't be able to freeze is the Hollandaise sauce, that has to be done fresh and you shouldn't reheat it either as it will clump.
I wouldn't reheat it because I think it may curdle with the egg yolks in.
Make sure that you don't reheat coconut oil either, as this can lead to health problems — potentially fatal ones.
Make sure you refrigerate potatoes as soon as possible to make sure they're safe to eat and don't reheat them to avoid increasing the amount of any toxins they may contain.

reheats well if you don't have crowd, and is full of the flavors and scents of pumpkin pie, Thanksgiving, and fall.
Not only is it tasty fresh from the oven, but it's also delicious the next day (or the day after that, if it lasts that long),
reheated with a splash of milk.
If you are
reheating in a microwave they won't have the same crunch, but will still taste good.
