In a way they are alreaday «out» because most games have some level of frame drops or are locked at a frame rate that is below that of the display (60 fps)... That
running out thing is basically B.S. computers, all of them were always out of memory and processing, super computers can take days (or months) to finish rendering some simulation, render farms can take hours to output a single frame of a movie, database servers can require hundreds of gigabytes of memory of RAM just for their daily operations, web servers can only handle x amount of requests per seconds before slowing down or completely crashing, game machines, be it PC or
consoles all need some trade offs to
run games at a given frame rate / resolution... you can
not just declare a machine ahs
run out of ressources like that, it depends
on the scope of the project you want to achieve!
You guys are only focusing and looking at the specs of these
consoles and
not taking into consideration the optimization that goes into making these games
run on consoles.
Probability is high that this demonstration is being
run on the PC, and that as such the
console versions won't be -LSB-...]
PC games heading over to
consoles don't usually have a happy ending, and this is the last game I could see
running on seven - year old tech.
The games
ran horribly
on consoles last gen. (This wouldn't be a problems for those that own capable gaming PCs) They should remaster the Bioshock series for next gen.
The only difference here is fortnites devs for in there first
on console, there game isn't solely
run by the notion that it's straight up that one game mode and to be frank they made there battle royale mode better because you can build, PUBG's game does look better visually and graphicaly though.

Steam users (like me) often
run into this problem, and have more games than we will EVER beat, or playthrough once, let alone have time / money for ALL the newest next - gen games to play as well... Which is why, picking a primary
console is the ONLY realistic option for most of us gamers... it Isolates the types of games, the AMOUNT of games so we aren't backlogged
on «must play» titles after being out only six months, and so we can actually USE our
consoles enough to justify the purchase in the first place.
Don't let some fanboys
on the internet tell you that because Assassin creed
runs slightly smoother
on the XB1 that the XB1 is the
console to rule them all, or because the Playstation 4 has more foliage, the system is God's gift to mankind.
While I am
not against this there have only been a hand full of next gen games from the first party vendors... And outside of Deadrising 3 third party vendors have yet to ship a single game that can only
run on next gen
consoles... Many of us have bought the PS4 and the XB1.
Fortunately, it's
not broken: Steelport with all its moving parts was designed to push
consoles at the end of their lifespan, but my i5 CPU and two - year - old graphics card
ran it
on high without trouble.
According to Iwata, no games that made the jump from
console to smartphone have generated tens or hundreds of billions of yen in the long
run, and it wasn't something that he wanted to be a «pillar» for Nintendo to stand
on.
That is it for June 10th and Day 0 of E3 2013 but while Nintendo will
not hold a traditional press conference this year, the
console and game maker will
run a Nintendo Direct

I think it's important to remember that even though Iron Galaxy Studios has done a good job porting a massive game (with a massive amount of content) over to the PlayStation Vita,
running a PlayStation 3 game
on a PlayStation Vita is
not apples to apples, and there is always the possibility that some things just may
not run as well
on a handheld as they do
on a
console.
Also everyone can be
on a different
console (or
not on PSN at all) and just
run the app from a phone or computer.
In all fairness, the frustration is completely understandable; this is simply misrepresentation at its core and getting fans all excited and giddy at the fancy visuals of a game while
running on a powerful gaming PC, which, as you know,
run circles around gaming
consoles and then having said fans find out that it wasn't the
console version is simply unacceptable.

The increasing complexity of games and the rising development costs were offset by the advantage of
not having to
run a game past a platform holder like Sony, Sega or Nintendo and pay them a license fee for putting a game out
on their
consoles.
The arcade game even
runs on PS4 hardware, so creating a
console version shouldn't be a monumental task.
I'll give you a hint; Pokémon go and Mario
Run are
not on dedicated Nintendo
consoles.
Mind you, this definitely isn't the first time that a «
console version» of a next gen game is caught
running on PC with controllers attached.
Nintendo also ensured that non-licensed games wouldn't work
on the
console by using a patented lock - out chip that would need to communicate with the NES for the game to
run.
Now, fail0verflow has uploaded a video showing Linux
running on the fully hacked Switch, complete with touch input, a web browser — something the Switch perplexingly still doesn't have — and a demo application
run by the
console's GPU.
Notice that the line «the best graphics
on any
console» is still there, so it's likely that it doesn't
run at 60 frames per second.
When needed I simply plug this in next to my couch and do
not have to worry about
running the controller to zero or anyone kicking
on the wire and knocking over the
console.
