Not just a player that can «hold up» against the run and let the LBs make plays — the point in this scheme is for the linemen to be quick off the ball and at least be an absolute load to handle, hopefully also making splash plays in the backfield.

He is involved in big games and I think he plays well, but he has never been the focal point, does a very large portion of his work off the ball, and is just not the type to ask for the ball and run at defenders.
