Hi... I am new to your website... the roasted vegetable and quinoa dish looks good, but I don't see any ingredient listings for pan roasting the vegetables in any kind of oil, but the finished dish looks like it has shine to it, from some sort of oil.
These look amazing and I would love to make these for Easter, yet I don't see the ingredient / recipe list.

see tinned
ingredients being used.
I don't
see tofu or agave listed in your
ingredient list for this beautiful strawberry cheesecake / tart.
I only used 1/3 of the
ingredients listed as I wanted to
see how it went (and didn't have that many bananas...) but I calculated it all down to a 1/3.
I couldn't find sunflower seeds, so just went with the recipe as posted (substituted some of more expensive
ingredients — honey for maple syrup, different type of date), but will use suggestion of upping oats next time to
see how it goes.

I have just cooked the blueberry muffins as you say they are like a liquid batter but they haven't turned into muffins they are just blueberry slop in bottom of muffin tins.I don't
see how these can turn into muffins when they are just pure liquid and there is nothing in the recipe to bind them together.The only different
ingredient I used was rice milk as didn't have almond milk and actually put less maple syrup in as didn't have full amount so the recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated as the
ingredients aren't cheap.

You may have been surprised to
see that the directions call for sifting the dry
ingredients, as this isn't common with standard pancake recipes and more often suggested when making delicate cakes and baked goods.

This cake looks wonderful, and I'd love ot make it, but I don't
see in the instructions where / when you add the butter that's in the
ingredients list.
That may work, but I don't know exact measurements and would hate to
see you waste
ingredients.

I even had to make a couple substitutions (I couldn't find galangal or kaffir lime leaves) and it still tasted amazingly good, but next time I'm going to make the effort to track down all of the authentic
ingredients so that I can
see just how much more amazing it can taste!
I do have to say though that I disagree with you on the Quest bars I think they are delicious, and if you stick to the natural line, I don't
see what's wrong with
ingredients like stevia, nuts, fiber, and a protein blend with things like whey in it..
I noticed in the notes you mentioned optional pecans but I didn't
see those in the
ingredient listing.
It was tricky to get the
ingredients here (black beans & sherry vinegar in particular, and also I don't know that I've ever
seen pumpkin puree in cans, but I made some with no problem).
If eating out, remember to
not only request to
see the bottle of gluten - free tamari, but also verify that soy sauce or other sauces (such as ponzu, which is also made from soy sauce) were
not used as a marinade for any
ingredients in your meal.
