I never use cornflour in my recipes so I wouldn't know if this works.
Medjool dates are the best as they're much sweeter and stickier so make cooking a lot easier — these are what I use in all my recipes and you may find if you use normal dates that the recipe doesn't work as well.

I would say just half the recipe and use half a mango and half an avocado, as it won't keep that well in the fridge for more than 24 hours.
I do have one question concerning the brownies - you use raw cacao powder in the recipe and the brownies to stay in the oven at 180 ° for 20 min - I was wondering if that doesn't effect or harm the nutrients raw cocoa has?

Hi Sarah, I prefer using maple syrup to agave as I find it doesn't spike my blood sugar so much but in terms of making a difference to the recipes, using agave would be absolutely fine!
I am far from a health foodie but every recipe of yours I have tried so far is getting me closer I am so glad I didn't throw out coconut milk (which I bought in hopes to switch from regular kind but hated it) and was able to use it for this.
I haven't tried it in this recipe but the «original» sweet potato brownies recipe used it.
