My attitude has always been that this isn't vegan food.
I had wanted to make a more traditional couscous salad that contained garbanzo beans, and a lemon dressing, but the only recipe that I knew contained feta cheese which is definitely
not a vegan food option.

Food Love Stories advert featuring a
vegan recipe, I literally had to wind back as I couldn't believe that finally one of leading supermarket in the UK was showing on national TV an easy and «carnivore approved»
vegan recipe.

It revolves around
food, although
not all
vegan, but it's the kind of weird that's fascinating, full of humour and adventure.
It's amazing how many
foods I didn't even know existed before I went
vegan.
A long - time
vegan, it has been a little difficult choosing certain options over more comfort -
food alternatives, but I feel like the last bunch of recipes that have been posted are
not really the best at being low - fat or
not so processed.
And yeah, you can convince yourself that
vegan junk
food is slightly less bad than its animal - based counterpart, but that still doesn't mean it's a good idea to eat every day.
Relying too much on a
food that contains so many phytoestrogens may
not be great for you, and there are plenty of other complete proteins that are also
vegan.
Kristy Turner will teach you that
vegan food is
not only tasty, it can be inexpensive when you cook from scratch — and it's also fun!
Just because a
food is
vegan doesn't inherently mean it's healthy.
The other day I was visiting my friend Natalie who is
not only a
vegan, but also loves raw
food.
And whether or
not you're
vegan it's a wonderful way to bring plant - based
foods to the table more often.
