Why doesn't the DLR photon doesn't warm the skin of the ocean if it is absorbed by the skin?
Massive amounts of DLR do
not warm the skin layer (where they are absorbed) relative to below, so these photons must be «substituting within the ocean skin for a package of energy that would otherwise have moved up to the ocean skin».
