I'm sure some would argue that they're not really as doable or that you shouldn't wear them with skirts or dresses, but I would disagree.
I think they look best with pants; I wouldn't wear them with a skirt.
;) In answer to your question, though — I don't wear»em with skirts; I don't really do skinny jeans anyway, so that's not an issue.
I wear my neon Nike trainers quite often with a jeans, but I didn't wear them with a skirt yet.

not silk you can go to the thrift store and buy an inexpensive out of style
skirt from «another era when women always
