So it wouldn't work in this recipe for sure.
Also, don't experiment with liquid sweeteners, such as maple syrup or honey, because their consistency just doesn't work in this recipe.
Unfortunately homemade coconut flour and homemade almond flour do
not work in my recipes.
White baking chips or candy coating made from hydrogenated oils rather than cocoa butter will
NOT work in this recipe.

Unless I've personally tested it, it's pretty hard to give my nod of approval and tell what will and what won't work in recipes, especially when it comes to swapping out sweeteners and dairy products since their counterparts behave quite differently than one might think.

Keep in mind that while coconut oil is great for making fat bombs, pure MCT oil won't work in this recipe, as it won't solidify.

Coconut flour is an incredibly «dry» flour that soaks up moisture so will
not work in recipes that call for almond flour.
Almond meal does

Pumpkin pie filling won't work in this recipe since it's already filled with spices and sugar.
I do not recommend Bob's Red Mill all purpose gluten free flour, and it will
not work in my recipes that call for an all purpose gluten free flour.
Hi Caren, While I've used sunflower seeds to replace nuts in some recipes, like this vegan ranch salad dressing, they probably wouldn't work in this recipe.

Hi Donna, unfortunately some brands of almond flour don't work in my recipes resulting in a flat cookie (Bob's Red Mill is one of the brands that doesn't work).
Use the recommended ingredients, i.e., when the recipe calls for almond flour, don't use almond meal, as it won't work in the recipe and the results will be poor.

I would say a flax egg has probably been the best but it has

The «defatted» type is very absorbent and won't work in this recipe unless you increase the liquids.

Medjool dates are the best as they're much sweeter and stickier so make cooking a lot easier — these are what I use
in all my
recipes and you may find if you use normal dates that the
recipe doesn't
work as well.

work for this
recipe as a blender requires liquid
in order to function otherwise it won't spin properly and won't be able to break down the ingredients, so you really need a food processor for this.
Second question I have struggled to find raw uncooked beetroot, would beetroot from the supermarket cooked
in its own juices (it doesn't list any other ingredients)
