well - built page in the top five within a few months.

What I do care about though is Arsenal and we need some board members and «powers» that understand the sport and not just the business side, I do not want our next
manager to be an accountant because they understand profit... I want a

best out
of players and can attract big
names.

Many
of the world's
best players and top young talents could be making their ways to the Premier League this January if reports are to be believed, while some big

of their squads to make room for other purchases.
Name one
manager, in the history
of any sport, who signed a player just because the fans felt he would be
good for their squad?
How terribly sad... we have fallen so far that we find ourselves in the ridiculous position
of propping up the oft - injured and rarely inspirational Jack Wiltshire... what's next, extending Walcott, Welbeck and Ramsey... can't you see that these players have nothing to do with winning and all to do with providing recognizable
names to the plastic fans who frequent our overgrown library
of a stadium... it's high time we rid this club
of one
of the worlds most incompetent and unsuccessful owners (look it up) and our fragile and spineless
manager (much like our club) who can't bring in the
best talent because he knows he can't live up to expectations that come with players
of that ilk... think about it, he couldn't even handle Sanchez, who was largely a periphery character in Barcelona
There is a new
name in the frame to be the man to finally replace the long serving Arsene Wenger as the

To
name a few additional struggles: we have to compete with the richest league in the world where every team has money and isn't begging for transfers
of their
best players to fund themselves (8/20
of the highest valued teams), we have a poor injury record that is being addressed, we have far fewer homegrown talents in our league, the overall league quality is higher even if the highest teams are not
of the quality
of other top teams, selling
of our
best players during the past decade has lead to a lack
of momentum and yes, there has been times where our
manager got it wrong.

Conte vs wenger all time in 8 tries conte has beaten wenger once why would we try to bring someone who cant beat our current
manager and that is a testament to our current
manager and the only
name worth considering out
of the few mentioned is joachim loew who i think would do
well and klopp vs him would be interesting but conte who cant beat are current
manager is this article serious i hope not do people not think depthfully anymore and mourinho would be terrible but i do nt mind loew ancellotti certainly i hope not pray not out all the
names mentioned people even those who do nt like wenger seem to think they will maybe just do as
good most think worse but i like loews
name i think he would do
well and would support his signing
Can anyone
name another highly regarded
manager who would have stuck at a top club with no hope
of winning anything for at least 6 - 7 years, let alone managed to keep us in the Champions League while selling their
best players off to rivals The truth is we have ridden out the worst
of it, but are still playing catchup to this day - and we should be very grateful to Arsene Wenger.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch
of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our
manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all
of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because
of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played
better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention
of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his
name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any
of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no
good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure
of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez
of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard
of a team that makes 11th hour transfer buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership positions from the get - go... indicative
of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse for the
better part
of 7 years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the players chosen and / or the management style
of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey from year one... this is what happens when you don't get world - class players because many times they want to have a voice on and off the pitch and this can't happen when you play for a fragile
manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown to some players regardless
of their glaring lack
of production... remember that Ramsey has played in positions that make no sense considering his skill - set (out wide) and has forced other players off the field or into equally unfamiliar positions with little or no justification (let's remember when you read articles about how Ramsey's goals this upcoming season being the potential X-factor for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a goal until the final week last season)... this
of course is just one example
of many... before I hear another word from Mertz I want this club to address the fact that no former player
of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure
of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just to
name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure
manager!!!

Who cares spurs prop beat them anyway we are falling giant in bits everywhere team to da owners to da
manager always up to da fans, club needs a big
name someone who Sanchez will say hey great signing I'm staying I believe in this project but same shit every year some fans still think we're great and hope it be this year haha I no the way it is ahwell we go anfield and win haha draw be
good result we're already playing catch up to Jose but they no we're no treat we're prop behind Everton like Jesé who scored yesterday could play for us but we got Walcott or ozil even thou I thought Ozick did some
good play but to weak gives up easy I honestly think if we lose Liverpool da house will fall down everywhere we need top defender and steel in midfield and we need right winger I say van diik and nzonzi if not nzonzi go get hamsik worldy player he is and go get wolfed zaha if not him Carracci
of Atlanta Madrid load out there handily is da player we should get thou wat lift he give us
Also jimmy jazz again great
name by the way i think the fact were 6th in ayer purchases and i agree without kane spurs would be below without kaneuckeu them for now but i see laca will be
better next year and auba will have had a taste
of the rigorous epl and because its a world cup year we need stability with wenger for atleast another year i think were vying for that spot and wi th cazorla coming back and hopfully Jack signs with a couple
good signings if we splash some cash and ozil already signed we could surprise the league next year with a very strong season and Leicester surprised apparently everybody but us cause we handled them
well that year but no one else dod and we finished second but i think its not so
good for a big club like us with internationals in a world cup year to change
managers do it in a non world cup year cause you only have a couple weeks with your players maybe less with some before season starts
But surely, the real question is whether or not he is making the
best job
of any big
name manager of running our club, given the restrictions he has from an uninterested owner and son, aboard
of football amateurs - including a Chairman who cares more for horseracing than Arsenal - and a CEO who is clearly hopeless and has no real relationship with Wenger.

our
managers stubborness and reluctance to spend seems to have our fans split right down the middle... i genuinely believe its not the fact that he thinks the squad is
good enough its more that hes trying to prove that you do nt need to buy success and by god if it takes him 10 years for this bunch to mature enough to do it hel keep us suffering so he can turn and say «told ya so» to fergie, rafa, hughes, abramovich, etc.the problem is by the time this happens theyl have won titles by spending the question is are all you fans on the other side
of the argument willing to wait that long and watch cesc, RvP, arshavin, cliche etc go elsewhere for momentos
of their careers.in the time since our last league triumph (also last serious challenge) the team that has won the league most has invested in berbatov, nani, evra, vidic, carrick, hargreaves, anderson, tevez to
name a few....
