DAY TRIPS:
Since baby had a hard time
napping, we often went for walks into town.
All those projects you planned to do while baby
napped, get pushed aside,
since your
days are full of nursing her, rocking her, and trying to get her to
nap!
I know this is a big one
since most moms either have full - time jobs and / or are already moms and can't take a
nap any time of
day, but even when you can find ten minutes in your car to take a snooze, do so.

I have 4 month old twins — one chronic 45 - minute napper (I do not think he has taken a full
nap on his own
since he was 2 months old) and one somewhat better napper (she's about 50/50 on waking early these
days).
If you do this, within a few
days her
napping problems will be over
since babies are quick to form new habits.
