Try walking while pushing the baby
in a stroller or
front carrier, working out at home with videos during
nap time, or taking an hour to yourself and leaving the baby with a caregiver while you go to the gym.
I was breastfeeding at an airport once, when a baby
carrier mom walked up to me — her little one snuggled into her chest for a
nap — and, without a word, placed a card
in front of me, smiled and walked away.
