Rooms in the 14, 15 or 16 block are great for being really
close to everything (all though everything is still quite
close) but our child still
naps so we requested a walk out and were able to put our chairs
in the sun and be
close enough to take turns strolling to the beach bar or jumping
in the ocean or pool for a dip.
My son came barging into my
room, and despite me mouthing for him to «GET OUT NOW» (not really
in line with the gentle parenting, but for god's sake, the baby was this
close to
napping), he refused to leave without airing his grievances over his sister taking all of the rice that was meant for them to share for tacos.
Eventually, he went off all by himself without anyone else
in the
room, I left his door open a jar until I was certain he had gone to sleep and then
closed it gently and he slept lovely for his whole 2hour
nap.
