narrow volume buttons line the right side of the Droid Bionic, while the left side of the phone houses microUSB and microHDMI ports.

button in the middle.
The top of the Streak (or right, if you're holding it vertically) houses a 3.5 mm headphone jack,
narrow volume controls, a small recessed power
button, and a camera launch / shutter key.

volume rocker and dedicated power
button since they're
narrow and difficult to make out with our finger.

There are certainly some slight design differences between the V30 and the S8 — the screen curve and back glass side curves are much more dramatic on the S8 leading to a
narrower metal frame around the left and right, and the V30 only has
volume buttons on the side (you'll find neither power nor Bixby [cue eye roll]-RRB--- but you'd be forgiven for thinking these two phones come from the same manufacturer.
