I use a lot of the same ingredients I featured in my last book, Super
Natural Cooking — lots of whole grain flours, natural sweeteners, fresh produce, whole grains — but the ingredient lists in this book tend to be pared down a bit.
If I were sharing this with a friend or guests I might make the dressing a bit more elaborate (for example using the dressing from Otsu salad in Super
