Erythritol is
a natural granulated sweetener.
Next is a little stevia for sweetness — you could probably also use date paste, but I didn't have any that day and sometimes I feel lazy about pulling out the blender, so if you've got stevia or some type of
natural granulated sweetener, go with that!

Right, sugar means regular white
granulated sugar and brown sugar — I'm pretty sure all the unrefined,
natural sweeteners are ok
