natural peanut butter provide the perfect balance of energy without the usual post-ice-cream-truck sugar crash.
Peanut butter and bananas are such a
natural combination
and since
bananas are ideal for adding substance to smoothies, this PB Banana Green Smoothie seemed like a great place to start.
But, like I mentioned before, this ice cream only has two ingredients - frozen
bananas and natural peanut butter (
and a splash of soy / almond milk if your blender needs a little help)- but is still super creamy
and satisfying.

I used
natural peanut butter which is high in protein
and healthy fat,
and banana for
natural sugars
and vitamins.
What's in them: 1 cup fiber cereal, finely ground (I used Go Lean but Fiber One, Nature's Path Flax Plus Flakes, or another favorite are fine) 3/4 cup creamy
natural peanut butter 1 ripe
banana Optional: 1 - 2 tablespoons agave or honey (if you're using unsweetened,
natural peanut butter you may want to add a little but I left it out
and they were still delicious) 6 oz dark chocolate Decorations: for the spiders I used thin broken pretzels

I find topping them with
banana and drizzled
natural peanut butter makes them extra tasty so I highly recommend trying them that way, or with whatever your favorite nut
butter / fruit combo is.
All you need is some really good bread (Ezekiel sprouted grain bread is a fave of mine),
natural peanut butter, flax meal
and sliced
banana or even strawberry.
My go - to breakfast is a
banana and all

To increase your protein
and healthy fat intake when consuming
bananas, try topping your sliced
banana with a tablespoon of all -
natural peanut or almond
butter.
If you must eat before bed try a small snack that blends carbohydrates
and protein together, such as cereal with a

and crackers, or wheat toast with

But for a rough explanation I've been having a bowl of oatmeal a day mixed with some protein powder
and natural peanut butter with a
banana and oranges, then an egg white omelette as a post workout meal followed by a helping of brown rice, broccoli
and chicken breast for lunch, then for, I guess you could call it a snack or a second lunch, idk, I'll have various fruits, like apples
bananas and / or oranges with almonds,
and then finish the day off with broccoli
and another chicken breast.
