1/2 cup of plain gluten free flour — I have used Dove's farm 1/4 cup of ground almond 2 tablespoons
of Natvia Natural Sweetener 1 tablespoon of brown rice syrup 2 tablespoons of coconut oil — melted 2 tablespoons of almond milk A pinch of salt 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder A dash of vanilla extract
Natvia Icing Mix is the ideal frosting mix for cupcakes, glazes and any recipe that requires a powdered sweetener.
You can also use twice as much
Natvia Natural Sweetener, baking stevia, granulated erythritol... or granulated sugar if you're not worried about the extra calories and sugar!
I use
Natvia as a sweetener as can not chance Xylitol as we have a puppy who thinks if its on the floor its hers.
Breakfast: Two - egg omelette with spicy tomatoes Snack: Banana and handful of almonds Lunch: Chicken breast and avocado salad Snack: Low carb protein shake Dinner: Salmon with steamed vegetables Supper: Greek yoghurt sprinkled
with Natvia and cinnamon.
It's gluten - free and I've also kept the recipe free from any refined sugar (I used
Natvia stevia instead), dairy and also free from gums, which I found in most gluten - free bun recipes that I encountered (often derived from corn or soy, they can cause digestive upset, and I'd rather not use them if I don't have to).
There is not a big difference in 100 grams of different kinds of desiccated coconut and the fat bombs are small anyway I've never used a product called
natvia so I'm not quite sure.

Natvia rather than sugar (which I can't have) in an ice cream maker and it came out lovely, but when I retrieved from the freezer the part of it left over, it was / is rock hard.

I have used
Natvia natural sweetener, a stevia - based product that is natural, using organic stevia and which is certified GMO free.
These little biscotti have a wonderfully satisfying crunch and a great sweet flavour with very, very minimal sugar — I've sweetened these with granulated stevia; I like to use
Natvia as it's a brand I'm familiar with and I know that it will turn out well in my baking.

Turn your mixer onto low and add
