To disable the vibration when tapping the navigation keys go to Settings → Extras → Touch.

Accessing the interchangeable navigation keys can be done by first going into settings and getting to the menu for personalization.

To access: swipe down from the top of the home screen > hit the settings cog icon > select Navigation Key and you'll be presented with Off - screen navigation button or Virtual navigation bar.

This allows them to set up taps and swipes to replace the on - screen navigation keys.
