house, foot paths, roads all have to take some space, let's call it 3.5 acres per household to generate enough produce to feed themselves (all 10 of them), plus have enough left over to sell to feed the
nearby city supposedly at 10 or 20 times the population
density.
Currently, development of commercial and residential property along this corridor is mostly low
density but varies from high - rise in the inner city to row
housing in
nearby Woodstock.
