The traps are among the most visible
muscles of the back... having a thick set of traps
bulging out from the
neck of a T - shirt is like a badge of honor among serious trainers!
To the untrained eye, ASTs may look more impressive and fearsome, with a larger and more blocky head, with
bulging jaw
muscles, a wider chest and thicker
neck.
The injuries resulting from slip and fall incidents can run the full range from minor to severe and can include brain damage, concussion, headaches, TMJ (jaw), scars and disfigurement, hearing loss, seizures,
neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, leg pain, rotator cuff tear, herniated and
bulging discs, fractures and broken bones,
muscle damage, ligament damage, tendon damage, nerve damage, spinal cord injuries, and many other physical problems.
Common examples are back problems like herniated or
bulging disks,
muscle spasms, sprains, strains and whiplash - related
neck injuries.
