I have used white and black flour, low - calories almond milk instead of soy yoghurt and a little bit of cardamom instead of ginger and less agave nectar than in the recipe.
Anna Rhoades, I often use Coconut Secret's Coconut Nectarin place of agave as it's also a sticky liquid (so it doesn't change the recipe) and supposedly much healthier than agave with a low glycemic index and more nutrients.
