need for exact precision with overnight oats.

need to look at that because although I do have
cup measures at home I find it easier to work in the
measurements I'm used to.

Erika, your recipe calls for 4.25
cups of the flours or 24 oz bag of the flours, when I use a converting chart it says it is 3
cups??? The flour I have for my white and brown rice is not a pre measured 24 oz bag I
need to use the
cups measurement, so I am just trying to get clarification of what I am to use.
For those who make their own creamy almond butter and
need to know what the
measurement is for 16 ounces of almond butter, it is 1 and 3/4
cup almond butter.

need about 1/2
cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup to triple the recipe, but the other
measurements aren't that user friendly for 4 times the recipe so here it is:

need to weigh the ingredients (well, at least the main ones / ones in big quantities) to get a good result, as it's more accurate to go by weight and
cup measurements can vary greatly when you're packing flour in.

need to fill in the
cup in order to hold the gown up.Base your sizing off of the waist
measurement.
It is going to
need some minor alterations around the
cup line but that's to be expected when sending
measurements from afar.
Another detail you
need to know is that the amount of Kcal per
cup isn't really a good basis of comparison, since a
cup is a
measurement for volume, not for weight.
