I love these popsicles as a sweet treat that don't
need any extra sugar.
Let common sense prevail and remember that the craving for something sweet is just your body attempting to regulate itself; we promise you don't
need the extra sugar to survive.
Because your body doesn't
need the extra sugar during the day because cortisol's already there, mobilizing and conducting sugar out of the — out of the glycogen, out of the muscle tissue, or out of the liver.
But what if you're not in the mood for alcohol, are training with specific goals, don't
need the extra sugar from the alcohol, or just plain don't drink alcohol?
You don't
need the extra sugar and calories.
Starting with inhumanely raised animals down to the insane amounts of corn added to pretty much everything (including the feed of inhumanly raised animals)-- but one of the things that drive me nuts is the amount of sugar added to foods that don't
need extra sugar.
Dogs don't
need the extra sugar but we made these as an extra special treat so I sweetened them with the Vanilla Chobani.
Taste - test the puree for sweetness; if sugar is needed, add 1 tablespoon at a time until desired sweetness is achieved (if using in - season peaches, you may not

extra cup of flour for the cornmeal, and maybe a bit more

needed) or mixing greek yogurt with cocoa powder and
sugar / sweetener to taste.
I personally thought they were great on their own, and didn't feel the
need to add any
extra sugar to them.
