need entirely reworking in order to omit the
egg; you could try replacing it with a «
flax egg» though I have never tried this myself so couldn't tell you how effective it is.

flax eggs usually work well, but since this
needed to be white, silken tofu is a good substitute!
If you don't
need this recipe to be vegan, I think you could swap a real
egg for the «
flax egg.»
IE 12oz (dry weight) in 1 1/2 cups of the whole grain flour combined so you'd
need only 4oz coconut flour then add one
egg or
flax «
egg» per ounce of coconut flour.
Additionally, the
egg will
need to be subbed out (for a
flax or chia «
egg» or
egg replacer like Ener - G), but I can't say how this will affect the outcome as I haven't tried it myself.

eggs to bind it all together, so I'm afraid it's not vegan, but you could always experiment with
flax eggs or another

need your nut roast to be vegan.

need to do is combine the almond meal, flaxseeds, nutritional yeast, seasonings, and
flax egg in a large bowl of a stand mixer.

need a sort of binder to hold it all together — perhaps pulsing it with a raw
egg or with a tablespoon of freshly ground

need a 3 pm sugar fix and don't want your hand to wind up in the chocolate chip bag... again... I subbed in a
flax egg for a real
egg (just didn't have
eggs in the house) and they turned out awesome.
I've been using soaked
flax seeds to create
egg white substitute but I imagine this recipe
needs a bit more structure than that.
