The only negative I have is there were dirty coffee mugs in the sink when we arrived (no biggie), The bathroom door that leads out has huge gaps (easy access for bugs; however we did not have an issue with bugs) and the door in the kitchen (the screen door) needs to be replaced or something, it is a pain to open!
