A little goes a long way with this chive
dressing, so drizzle sparingly, toss, taste and add

dressing needs more zing.
Toss with 1/3 of the pine nut
dressing, adding
more as
needed - as I mention up above, you might have a bit extra.

more almond milk to make the
dressing thinner, if

Lynne, I recently made this recipe - the salad
dressing was delicious but my «fennel coins» turned out too moist to form into effective balls - I think I might
need to add
more breadcrumbs and also to squeeze
more moisture out of the cooked fennel - I'll keep trying!

more vinegar or maybe some lime juice and reduce the amount of oil.
