You really don't
need very
much as it is pretty grease so you'll be slipping and sliding around your bed if you use as
much coconut oil as you would normal moisturizer!

much needed fat into their systems if they eat the

How
much coconut oil is
needed?
Basically no
oil is best, as whole plant fats (where the oils are made) like avocado, olives,
coconut themselves are best, which are only
needed in small amounts (not so
much coconut unless LDL is in good shape).
Sometimes when I have energy ball mixtures that aren't sticking as
much as I'd like, I'll add a tablespoon of almond butter or a touch of
coconut oil to give that moisture boost that I
need.
With healthy ingredients like
coconut oil, whole wheat flour, pumpkin and cinnamon, we don't feel there is
much need to be concerned.
I normally use Bronner's castile soap for
much of my cleaning
needs but it does tend to dry out my skin and hair so the
coconut milk and
oil is perfect for adding the moisture I
need in a cold, Vermont climate!
