Supertasters don't
need much sweetness or fat in their meals because a little goes a long way for them.

I find that the glaze takes away the
need for this though as it brings so
much sweetness to the table.
Note: depending on how
much of a sweet tooth you have, you might not
need to add the honey into the smoothie bowl, because the Nutella and raspberries add plenty of
sweetness.
Add a super-inviting, caramelized sheen to the end product, and their natural
sweetness eliminates the
need for too
much added sugar.
A tart apple gives the pie a
much needed bite, and the
