RAIN was founded in October 2010 by a dedicated group

of our adoption centers, assisting our volunteer team at adoption and fundraising events, sharing photos

of our cats and dogs with people who you think may be interested, or donating cash and other necessary items that our
pets need in order to live comfortable, healthy lives either in an adoption center or in
foster care.
