Why did God
need sacrafices at all?
What magic confines a God to
need a sacrafice to «cleanse» the people?
Not exact matches
If «Genesis is «true» as a long poetic metaphor» then the actual event of eating of some fruit that was forbidden did not happen and thus there was no inherrited sin and thus no
need for a ransom
sacrafice from some savior which means the entire bible falls flat on its face.
Now God's solved the touchy issues of
needing live
sacrafices so that his holy power meter doesn't run out of worship fuel.
I have always wondered how in Genesis and Leviticus, during the wilderness wandering, all the
sacraficing being done, it seems like they wouldn't have had time to do anything else, how did they feed that many animals in the desert???? I mean, I don't think the deserts in America could support enough animals to support million plus, and if they had animals why did they
need the mana?????? The rest of the world cant benefit from theknowledge of God if they are all over the Globe and only the hebrews knew of God during those early times, I mean, during the Egyption times there were Asian / Chinese right?
This fact just does not fit with the biblical version of earths history or the account of Adam which means there was no «first man» and no inherrited sin and thus no
need for a savior or a ransom
sacrafice.
So you see, there is no
need to offer animal
sacrafices to God anymore, he took care of all that for us through his son.
By now I am almost fully pledged vegetarian (I still eat fish sometimes though, but that
need decreases) As a former meat eater I enjoyed Golabki, Flaki and Pierogies, both are polish cuisines because even though I was born in Germany, half my heritage (specific: my mother) comes from Poland and I grew up with traditional polish cuisine, which still counts as comfort food to me (Omg I
need to mention I tried so often to make Bigos Vegetarian without
sacraficing the taste, but it's still a challange) Bu talso my other half of heritage come from Hungary, I also enjoy traditional Hungarian food like Langos and Palacsinta (so good) Basically I've been brought up with no fear from anything new, I have no prejudices, try everything I can and enjoy home cooked meals made with local basic ingridients the most!
