This way you will not
need a cupcake liner.
Not exact matches
First of all, you'll
need dark brown
cupcake liners for the regular and mini-muffin sized
cupcakes so that they nicely match the Reese's wrappers.
Since we're not using oil in this recipe you'll
need to line your
cupcake / muffin pans with
liners.

If you're going to use
cupcake liners, this recipe will yield 14 - 15 muffins and you'll
need to switch the 2nd bake to ~ 8 minutes.
Forget the
cupcake liners and messy bowls of batter — this resourceful mom has found a whole new way to get what she
needs.
To begin you will
need a foam cone,
cupcake liners, scissors, straight pins, and some ribbon as shown below:
Yield: 6 full size cups, 12 mini cups You will

If you want to make spiderwebs like I did, you
need to be careful to not put too much batter in the
liners because I'm guessing it'll be more difficult if you have a slightly domed
cupcake.
I used the remaining 5
cupcake liners to make smaller, less full flowers to add where
needed.
