Hi Sally, I just finished making this soup and you are spot on about it not
needing the calorie loaded cream.
Not exact matches
The sweet potatoes & quinoa give you the whole grains and complex carbs that you
need, the cucumbers
load it up with fiber & greens, and the mozzarella gives it that creamy taste without
needing a heavy,
calorie loaded sauce.
I also like the size of these muffins — no
need for those monster muffins
loaded with fat, too much sugar and extra
calories.
But not all game day food
needs to be
loaded with
calories.
The filling is
loaded with extra sugar and
calories these recipes don't
need.
