You probably
need to replace the
head gaskets.
This means that the entire engine does not
need to be overhauled / rebuilt / whatever, but that simply the
head gasket needs replacing.
If you warped the
head from over heating, then the
head needs to removed and at least a new
gasket and resurface of the
head.
You'll generally
need a decent manual, a
gasket set & new
head bolts, a Torque wrench and a selection of sockets, and make sure to follow the loosening / tightening sequence given in the manual.

If you were low on coolant and oil then you may have overheated the engine and blew a
head gasket and would
need to have the engine pressure tested to check for bad
head gaskets.
If you have overheated the engine due to loss of coolant from a leak you may have blown the
head gasket and
need major engine work.

head gaskets that you changed and if this was occurring before you did that.

need a multi-layer steel
head gaskets, wastegate, blow off, boost controller, oil feed line, oil return line, thermal insulation, fuel injectors 7M - GTE (440 cc / min), pipes, clamps, VEMS ECU.
