I never got enough calories or nutrients and then one day I was watching my kids eat in the mall food court while I was STARVING and I actually had strong images of eating their food.

My problem was (and this is prior to the points plus program) when I
got down to 20 lbs from my goal weight I had uncontrollable cravings and because I my points were so low (I found out later I was only eating about 1200
calories vs my body size was supposed to be closer to 1600
calories) I was
never able to eat
enough while still maintaining the points.
I have been dieting for 3 months now, lost just over 60 lbs I've
got about 5 lbs to go, I've
never taken a cheat day before and to be honest I've had
enough of this dieting... I tend to eat about 1100 - 1400
calories a day, plus I walk 7miles there and back to the gym every other day, I do (Insanity) HIIT cardio in between.
