And they are and will remain focused on a small complement of gluten free flour blends (including
the new bread book).
I highly recommend that you pre-order

So, my questions are whether you have sourdough recipes in
your new bread book and if you have instructions on creating a Wild Yeast sourdough starter?

Too many
new bread books are thick with words, expounding on dry topics like the differences between a levain and a poolish.

book is filled with over a hundred amazing recipes, almost all of which are totally
new — plus I've included a couple of old favourites from the blog, including sweet potato brownies, raw brownies and superfood
bread as I know that none of us can live without those!
In my

The superfine rice flours are costly, but essential for good gluten free baking (except for possibly yeast
bread, which I discuss more in my

Only when a
bread recipe by its very nature contains eggs, like a highly enriched
bread like brioche, will you find eggs in the
bread in my
new book.

bread and was happy to see that this was the first recipe chosen for our
