dairy free superfood toasts for Instagram HQ, and the release of the Greek version of their nut
milk yogurt took my breakfast game to a whole
new level (I mix it up with my favorite golden
milk powder).
I recently discovered So Delicious

So when So Delicious sent me their
new cashew
milk ice creams I knew it was time to make some
dairy free milkshakes!
Arla, the UK's largest
dairy company, has launched Arla BOB (Best of Both), a
new branded fat -
free milk product, which the company says tastes as good as semi-skimmed.
This is partly due to
new and diverse emulsifier and stabiliser systems, which dramatically improve the performance of
dairy products, such as fat - reduced yoghurts, heat - stable chocolate
milk drinks, and protein -
free UHT whipping creams.
In addition Westland
Dairy in
New Zealand is looking to do something similar, while Mengniu in China is rounding out their infant formula offering with an A1 -
free children's
milk.
Not only are others in the process of producing A1
free milk but Happy Valley
Dairy is on the cusp of investing $ 230m in an A2 infant formula plant in Otorohanga, to supply a yet unnamed global infant formula brand owner with
New Zealand - sourced product.
I LOVE the
new additions to the almond
milk line from So Delicious
Dairy Free!
I plan on trying the brown butter technique with a
new pumpkin pie recipe that I love (eggless and with goat
milk products for the
dairy, gelatin for thickening, and a gluten
free ginger snap crust).
