How do we help teachers stay grounded in instructional priorities, and also challenge their own practices as they
learn new teaching tools?
• Active participant in academic advancement initiatives that evaluate, define and
launch new teaching tools and methodologies that meet the needs of the student in a challenging and ever - evolving learning environment.
The MI training was organized to equip teachers
with new teaching tools and concepts and is part of a long term plan to upgrade the skills and motivation of the teachers at migrant worker schools.
