The only good
news about the big guys is that there is another group of them (think AOL and Yahoo for starters) who are so lost, so behind the curve, and so desperate to deliver something for their shareholders that they are constantly running around and throwing money at the shiniest
new things in a panic.
Candler is an example of a theological school which construes the Christian
thing as «an offer, as
news about the possibility of
new and fulfilled or blessed life that one may appropriate for oneself».
I feel for Paula Deen, too, and, after Friday's «

Most of you have no idea what the hell I'm talking
about because I've been pretty tight lipped on matters surrounding our
new business venture but, the good
news is,
things are finally happening.
whether for the right or wrong reasons, our leader chose to stay on when
things took a turn of sorts... a
new owner arrived on the scene, plans for a
new stadium emerged and Wenger became the bearer of bad
news... he sold us on a
new story, one that required patience on our parts... financial constraints were the order of the day, so that the enormous sums spent on the
new venue could be recouped... although some would question the validity of such claims, why wouldn't they believe their faithful leader... according to those within the hierarchy, the future never looked so bright, as this
new home would ensure our place among the elites for years to come... as we all know now these claims were a well constructed fabrication and so those who feel they were duped in the process are infuriated and rightly so... the fact that this club and it's manager have continually misled the fans, especially following Gazidis's claims
about our financial liquidity, simply rubbed more salt in an already gaping wound... this surely isn't how you treat your «family», especially when they supported you through the supposed «lean» years... it was a dirty trick played by Kroenke but the fact is was orchestrated by Wenger himself hurt the most... as for those in the media, many of whom are former players or longtime pundits, who observed the early years firsthand, saw this as the perfect opportunity to vent the anger they felt towards this pretentious man once and for all... all in all, karma's a bitch
For Liverpool fans this is not welcome
news, it is one
thing losing Benitez to Juventus but a whole
new ball game if they lose him to Man City, with the money City have it will make Liverpool fans very nervous
about the club being able to hang on to its best players.
It strikes me that we often hear this sort of
thing when a player is in talks over a
new contract and I think these snippets of «
news»
about a player wanting to move on are often leaked to the press in order to sharpen the pencil of the club trying to get their stats to extend their deals.
The mayor also asked parishioners to look at a recent Daily
News front page article
about the city's
new neighborhood policing program orchestrated by Police Commissioner James O'Neill, saying that the «number one
thing that jumps out» in that story is that the officers are giving their cell phone numbers to community members, who alert them to crimes and enable officers to stop crimes «before they happen.»
It's a rather short edition of The Week in Star Wars, but there's still some
news about The Force Awakens, casting for Episode VIII and some toy bits from
New York Comic Con... Kicking
things off with the much anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and it was announced this week that the movie will have -LSB-...]

Both TIME mag and NYT are poised to report
news of
new literary and movie genre dubbed «cli fi» — coined by yours truly from my earlier «polar cities» work, one
things leads to another — and the NYT story will be
about «climate science education» issues and «climate change education» issues in higher education in USA and overseas...... so it's a story that interview academics and professors of science education etc...... and TIME mag will be
about new NOAH movie by Darren A set 5000 years ago and TIME is calling it a «cli fi movie» on its cover March 24 issue, get ready.

About Blog Second Ave. Sagas is the premier
news blog for all
things New York City subways.
The upcoming roster of Apple shows spans genres, including a Reese Witherspoon / Jennifer Aniston drama
about morning
news shows, a Steven Spielberg reboot of «Amazing Stories,» a thriller starring Octavia Spencer, and a
new space drama from «Battlestar Galactica's» creator, and a Kristen Wiig - led comedy, an M. Night Shyamalan thriller, a Kevin Durant - inspired scripted basketball show, a documentary
about extraordinary homes, and a series from «La La Land's» director, among other
things.
While Microsoft remains tight - lipped
about the event, Windows Central has at least confirmed a few
things: that the company will indeed unveil
new hardware; that Panos Panay, Microsoft's corporate VP of devices, will be in attendance; and that the event will include «global and regional»
news.
These alerts will include
things like
new messages in your LinkedIn inbox, updates
about who's viewed your profile, trending
news stories in your industry, and other highlights, the company says.
Back in May, South Korea's ET
News reported much the same
thing, though the
new report seems more definitive
about Apple's plans, even if Apple remains characteristically tight - lipped
about its future phones.
