As I write
in my weekly commentary, stocks advanced on the
news of quantitative easing (QE), and international
markets in particular got a big boost from the
event.
This could mean the
market moves less than you anticipated and,
in some cases, can even move
in the wrong direction — prices falling even though the
news event is categorized as positive.
