tablet users who have shown the willingness to actually pay up to have
news delivered
on their
tablets while the
remaining tablet owner would rather like to have it free.
While Apple
remains mum
on the existence of an iPad Mini, the rumor mill has been turning regarding this smaller slate, with the latest
news claiming we could see this
tablet as early as September.
