Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586.104 is set to be
the next cumulative update for mobile with some fixes.
The build's rollout to the Release Preview ring brings it a step closer to its anticipated release this month as
the next cumulative update for all Windows 10 PC and Mobile users not on the Insider Program.
Also delayed is
the next cumulative update for Lumia 950 and 950 XL which both received a new build -LRB-.29) and a firmware update in January.

Over the
next couple weeks, Insiders should receive several new
cumulative updates for both PC and Mobile via the Fast, Slow and Release Preview rings before the Creators
Update rolls out to the public.
This ring most delivers
cumulative updates prior to release to the build released to the public already but it seems like Microsoft is getting them ready for the Fall Creators
Update release
next week.
Internal testing of the same
cumulative update is also underway for Windows 10 Mobile, with a possible release for Fast Ring members in the
next 10 days.
Microsoft appears to be prepping for a new
cumulative OS
update for Windows 10 with build 10586.104 being readied for release
next week, likely on February 9 or «Patch Tuesday».
If Microsoft releases build 14393.5 tomorrow, there's a chance of a fast
cumulative update in the
next few days.
From now until the release of the Creators
Update next month, you can expect to see more frequent builds (Fast ring is normally once a week), followed by an RTM that gets offered to the Slow and later to the Release Preview ring, and then a couple of
cumulative updates prior to general availability.
