Onion Bhajis — Here are
nice little onion fritters that can be eaten separately but should really be added to a meal.

Grab your favorite salsa ingredients, for me this is tomatoes,
onion and jalapeno (maybe even a clove of garlic or two), toss it in a
little olive oil and stick it under the broiler until you get a
nice char on the skin.

I had a
nice little dish the other night where it was just grass - fed, some cut - up
onions, and it was a hollowed out squash and we just put it in the squash and a
little bit of coconut milk mixed in there and it was phenomenal, and you can get a
little bit of carbs that way.
