The thing that hits you first about this film is it looks sharp, the
opening credits are damn
nice and Murphy looks his coolest since «Beverly Hills», its a slow builder for sure but with Wincott as the baddie with his raspy devilish voice it keeps you glued to the screen.
And it's
nice to see the gun barrel sequence back in the
opening credits where it belongs.
There are
nice spritely, colorful illustrations which make up the comic book
opening introduction and closing
credits and, of course, the cast is composed of characters who were the biggest stars of the format when 2 - D animation first found an audience.
Even the
opening credits have reverted back to Season 1's Scottish version — a
nice touch that makes it clear Outlander is pleased to be back on its home territory, just in case you hadn't guessed.
