My husband and I went to this famous vegetarian restaurant
in Nice, France, and I swear they fed us small portions of

Also wanted to add nutritional yeast flakes are quite
nice Chocful of B vitamins and high
in protein they have a savoury / parmesan cheese type flavour so I sprinkle them over meat dishes, stir frys,

veggies, but still on the Atkins Acceptable Foods List and they add some
nice color to your low carb side dishes.
