We go on barefoot
hikes all the time... we use an EMF meter to make sure there are no electrical fields
around our bed... we turn off the wifi (actually don't have wifi but you do, so turn it off at
night)... put your phone in airplane mode and make sure that there are no electronics (nor lights) anywhere near you.

Of course, you can also do the other way

night in the Sacred Valley before heading back to Cusco after your tour or
hike to Machu Picchu such as the Inca trail or the Salkantay Trek.
As with all travel, you walk a lot more than you think you will, so I would suggest bringing a good shoe / boot you can wear all day to walk streets and parks, out to glaciers,
around boiling mud and on
hiking trails, and a nice pair of shoes / boots to wear when you go out at
night.
Around mid-day, we will arrive at the site of Winaywayna, which we will explore before completing a short additional
hike to our camp site for the
night (2,700 m / 8,856 ft).
Zoo Snooze includes a
night at zoo, behind - the - scenes encounters with nocturnal animals,
hike around the zoo, nighttime activities, and breakfast.
Highlights: The road to Hana (stunning drive with tons of waterfalls and great
hikes), sunrise on Haleakala,
