Im with you on that one, I am addicted to exercise and have a really sweet tooth and am constantly
craving sugar at
night time.
This means that if I don't sleep well one
night, I know my brain will probably
crave sugar the next day so I treat myself to a brownie or an ice cream after lunch.

Some of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue include feeling tired all the time (including after a workout or after a good

cravings for salt, low stress tolerance, anxiety and dark circles under the eyes.
Of course you can still go out to dinner and follow through with your previous plans, but prioritizing sleep on 3 of the 4 festive
nights will help keep your blood
sugar balanced and level, will help give you energy for the fun activities you want to participate in during the day (without needing to reach for extra caffeine or Ibuprofen), and your
cravings will be easier to navigate too!

If I feed my brain the
sugar that it
craves, even if it's in the form of fresh fruit, it will still continue to want the

Symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia, such as feeling dizzy, anxious and shaky between meals,

Low levels of adrenal cortisol can result in the following: hypoglycemia, fatigue, muscle aches, low blood

craving, shakiness relieved with eating, moodiness, food sensitivities, allergies, recurrent infections, dizzy when standing, low blood pressure, decrease ability to handle stress, decreased cognitive ability or «brain fog», swollen ankles that are worse at
night, hypoglycemia under stress, a need to lie down or rest after psychological or emotional stress, muscular weakness, difficulty getting out of bed, wiped out with exercise and / or inability to tolerate thyroid replacement.
Also, being a
sugar addict I limit my «sweet» intake to two times a week but I really struggle with this and
crave something sweet every
night.
My symptoms are: mild to medium rosacea, yeast, teeth grinding (day &
night), weight loss, muscle wasting,
sugar cravings, hypoglycemia, mild melasma, canker sores on tongue, chronic swollen gums, occasional bad breath, mood swings (depression, anger & anxiety), low energy (unable to quit coffee), mild eczema on hands (comes & goes), muscle aches.
He has great difficulty staying asleep at

cravings and some blood
