I love that they're gluten and
nitrate free.
Aside from being gluten and
nitrate free, it has less fat and sodium.
It's filled with your usual salad suspects — carrots, radishes, tomatoes, romaine — and topped with cooked shrimp, avocado and crumbled bacon (I like using
a nitrate free chicken bacon I've discovered from Al Fresco).
For the hot dogs I went with turkey because they were long and skinny, but you can use whatever
nitrate free uncured hot dog you want.
By the way, the adult version of this includes
nitrate free turkey or chicken sausages and whole grain mustard.
I love a little
